We are committed to supporting and partnering with local organizations that are working to help and improve our communities. Our charitable giving is not focused on one specific mission or vision, but simply focused on empowering people to make an impact. You can learn more about the organizations we support below.


Carz N’ Toyz was formed by local car enthusiasts who wanted to combine their hobby with community service.  The original mission of the organization was to ‘bring a smile to the faces of hospitalized children served by Virtua in Southern New Jersey’. Besides donating toys for hospitalized children throughout the year, Carz N’ Toyz has also provided infant car seats, books and book cases as well as electronic games for hospital activity rooms.

American Collectors Insurance partners with Carz N’ Toyz for their annual car show. Each registrant is asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to a child in need. All of our proceeds from the Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle are also donated to the Carz N’ Toyz charity.

toysThe mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. Coordinators pick up these toys and store them in central warehouses where the toys are sorted by age and gender.  At Christmas, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to the less fortunate children of the community.

American Collectors Insurance is a designated drop off location for Toys for Tots in the South Jersey Region. Employees and policyholders are encouraged to drop off a new, unwrapped toy. Each year our donation collection continues to grow.

food driveEach year, the American Collectors Insurance team participates in the Cherry Hill Township Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Cherry Hill Food Pantry. The staff is encouraged to bring in canned goods and nonperishable items for families in need during the holiday season. Working closely with the township, our headquarters becomes a food pantry for the month of November. In previous years, we have filled over 20 boxes filled with canned goods and food items for donation. A township representative then comes and picks up the items and stores them in the Cherry Hill Food Pantry to be sorted and distributed to local families in need.
