Car enthusiasts in Lee County, mark your calendars for July 14th, 2024, as the Lee County Fairgrounds in Donnellson, IA, is hosting the Lee County Fair Car Show. The event will feature an array of vehicles categorized into different classes: Stock Car Pre-1979, Stock Car 1980-present, Modified Car Pre-1979, Modified Car 1980-Present, 2×4 Truck, 4×4 Truck, Open Muscle, Rat Rod, Special Interest, and ATV/UTV/SXS. Registration for participants opens at 10 AM and closes at 11 AM on the day of the show. The organizers promise the first 75 registrants a complimentary T-Shirt and a dash plaque. Judging and awards for the top 3 spots in each category are set to begin around 2 PM. In addition to the competition, there will be a special Fairboard Committee’s Choice Award given out. While viewing the impressive lineup, attendees can enjoy available food and drinks. Facilities are provided for convenience.
