Somernites Cruise

Somernites Cruise is a free, family-friendly car event held in downtown Somerset, Kentucky, on the 4th Saturday of each month from April through October, running 12–6 pm, with additional events on Thursday and Friday of cruise weekends.
The main attraction is the Saturday Show & Shine, a non-judged showcase open to all custom, classic, muscle cars, and modified late models. Over 1,000 vehicles fill the blocked-off downtown streets, where spectators can relax, meet car enthusiasts, and enjoy the displays. Cruisin’ the Strip begins at 6 pm.
The event also features Vendor Alley, a free Swap Meet, food and drinks, and official Somernites merchandise for sale. The City of Somerset welcomes participants, offering a unique setting and a fun, community-focused atmosphere.
