Submit a Claim

What you need to file a claim:

  • Your policy number
  • Details about the accident or loss
  • Day and time of the accident (if known)
  • Items/vehicles damaged
  • Best way to contact you

Please Note: If you click the ‘Submit a claim’ link, you will be directed to the Log In page. After logging into your account, click on ‘View’ from the dashboard policy list and select the actions tab. Click Submit a Claim from this list or View Policy Details and then look for Report a Claim link on left side of page.

Useful information when reporting a collision claim involving other vehicle(s) (if available or known)
  • Information about others involved: Names, addresses, phone numbers, and insurance policy numbers of everyone involved, especially if there were injuries from the accident
  • Witness information: Name and contact information for any known witnesses to the accident 
  • Photos: Pictures of the damaged vehicle(s), any other damaged property, and the scene of the accident 

Provide as much detail as possible about the accident to our claims representative. Include contact information for the other vehicle(s), driver(s), passengers, witnesses and insurance information of all drivers involved. He/she may ask for the police report number (if known) as well as the road and weather conditions, estimated speed, direction of travel and additional details about the loss.

When you call to report your claim, you can be assured of:

  • Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. If your claim requires an appraisal, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
  • On reparable claims, you can obtain an initial repair estimate from your preferred facility. You can choose select the repair shop that will perform the repairs (or even complete the repairs yourself) to ensure superior work.
  • Courteous representatives to guide you as you submit information, photos and estimates.
