Promotion Rules

- Minimum Monthly Qualification Threshold:
- Two (2) New Business Policies Bound in calendar month for Agency to qualify for the monthly incentives
- Eligible Policies:
- Policy Qualifying Criteria:
- Minimum New Business Policy Written Premium: $175
- Program: Collector Auto OR Collectibles Policies qualify
- Type: New business policies only (no reinstates, renewals, re-writes, add cars, BOR changes, etc.). Applications must be approved by underwriting.
- Policy Qualifying Criteria:
- Eligible Agencies:
- Agency must register for the SuperStars & Stripes Promotion prior to the 7th of each calendar month
- Agency does not prohibit producer incentive programs
- Only ONE registration application is accepted per Agency ID. Registration can specify up to 4 people per Agency ID.
- Each agent qualified to participate must provide their agent license numbers and the Agency ID.
- Date Criteria:
- New Business production is counted based on Policy Bind Date (not Policy effective date)
- Promotion Incentive credits are tabulated based on results in Calendar month (NB counts do not roll over across calendar months)
- Policy must be Active at end of the calendar month when results are tabulated to count for promotion incentives
- Incentive Program Rules:
- After Minimum Production Threshold criteria met (2 qualifying NB policies),
- $10 incentive credit on gift card on all qualifying NB policies bound in the calendar month starting at 2.
- 1 NB = $0, 2 NB = $20, 3 NB = $30, 4 NB= $40
- $10 incentive credit on gift card on all qualifying NB policies bound in the calendar month starting at 2.
- After Minimum Production Threshold criteria met (2 qualifying NB policies),
- Monthly Incentives are calculated in $10 increments. If agency credits earned are not divisible evenly in $10 increments by # of people, the remainder will be divided based on order of people listed.
- e.g., 4 people, $70 earned (non-equal distribution)
- Person 1: $20
- Person 2: $20
- Person 3: $20
- Person 4: $10
- e.g., 4 people, $70 earned (non-equal distribution)
- Gift Card will be mailed by USPS within 30 days after end of the calendar period
